We invite you to take a couple of hours to step out of the comforts of the hotel and head into the heart of the Jamaican community for an uplifting karma yoga service project. Our intention with these projects is to connect more profoundly to the Jamaican people and their heritage. Experience your practice in a more expansive light as you explore firsthand how Yoga really comes alive when we open our hearts and our hands in service to each other. These unforgettable interactions will create a great launch pad for taking your practice of seva (selfless service) to the next level, and you’ll go home with many fresh ideas about how to integrate this new wisdom into your daily life. * The two service projects will be distinct so you are welcome to join us for both!

To attend either project it is required that you also register for Karma Krew’s onsite workshop Changing the World From the Inside Out.
