The Caribbean Yoga Conference is dedicated to local community members of the areas we visit with our events. Therefore, a unique element to the Caribbean Yoga Conference is the outreach to the community, and country, where the conference is being hosted.

Kim Moon, Founder of the CYC says, “Through creating Bella Luna Yoga I was beginning to realize the presence of an emerging yoga community within the various islands were I was traveling. I developed the Caribbean Yoga Conference as a vehicle for bringing the global yoga community together. By creating a scholarship program for the local community members, we support the continued growth of the yoga community on the island and the yoga culture of the Caribbean.”

In partnership with Karma Krew, The Caribbean Yoga Conference is pleased to offer two scholarships to Caribbean residents.

Jamaican educators are invited to bring their passion, knowledge and curiosity to the second annual Caribbean Yoga Conference at absolutely no cost through our CYC Full Scholarship! In addition to delving into their own personal practice, each scholarship recipient has the opportunity to learn yoga-related skills from some of the world’s most beloved yoga teachers to bring back to their professional lives. Our scholarship recipients have demonstrated a real commitment to children, education, and Jamaica.

CYC is committed to making this event accessible to all yoga practitioners in the Caribbean. If Caribean residents are unable to attend the conference for financial reasons, they are invited to apply for the Pay-What-You-Can Scholarship to help supplement funds for their registration and related program costs.
