CircusYoga playfully blends the practice of yoga with the skills of circus. Over the weekend kids ages 7 thru 14, along with some children from the local SOS Children's Village, will explore embodiment, creativity and connection. Yoga is an ancient science that teaches us how to be aware of our bodies in action. Circus is a culture of inclusion and celebration that teaches us how remarkable we can be in our bodies. Play is that mysterious, uncharted, captivating land of possibility, where we embrace the unexpected, and strengthen our ability to engage, adapt and connect. Kids, join us as a tribe for a hero’s journey, drawing upon circus, yoga and improvisation, to learn and co-author new ways to play together. This is The Human Art of Play! We'll end with a Celebration inviting our friends and family join in our play. We will show them what we have invented and bring our own learning full circle by inviting them into a playshop of our own design. CircusYoga is designed as a multi-generational.

We welcome all courageous adult play-warriors to join us during workshop Sessions I and VI.
