Gaia Budhai

 Born in Jamaica, West Indies, Gaia Budhai began her voyage with the living arts through meditation under the guidance of her Guru Prem Pal Singh Rawrat. It was through this practice that her romance began with the deep opening of her heart. Gaia is the Founder and Director of Miami’s well-respected Synergy Teacher Training Yoga Program. Gaia is known for creating an emotionally and spiritually healing environment, where we are called to feel a profound opening of our heart through our practice on the mat. By focusing our whole being on the mat, we will journey deeply to our center our core. We will explore how the opening and closing of our hearts affects our breathing, our flexibility within an asana and our ability to be in the present with this moment.Her effervescent personality, combined with her heartfelt warmth and conscious leadership, make spending time with her a truly joyous and healing experience.
