Kimani McDonald

Kimani McDonald Kimani McDonald is a world citizen and a happy child of the universe. She was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, lived in East Africa, and studied in California. In 2011 Kimani settled right "back a yaad" and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Shakti Mind Body Fitness in Kingston while attending medical school. In 2012 she continued to explore the diversity of yoga with a 200-hour Kemetic Yoga Certification (ancient Egyptian yoga) with Yoga Universal Lifestyles in Portland, Jamaica. As her path transitions into one focused on naturopathic medicine and Self-healing modalities, she is grateful for both the grounding and ascension that her yoga and meditation practice brings. Kimani invites you to experience her powerful yet playful free flowing fusion of vinyasa flow and Kemetic yoga, blended with the organic rootsical vibe of Jamaica and Rastafari.
