A celebration of sun, seva and sangha.
Main Event: January 31- February 3, 2013 Montego Bay, Jamaica Pre & Post Events: January 28-31 and February 3-8, 2013 Treasure Beach, Jamaica

Sezi, born Jamaican, grew up in Trinidad likes to describe her dual- nationality as Island Spice. If she couldn't express her thoughts through movement, rhymes, riddles and melodies she claims that she would probably be a lot less sane. Her music has many moods and sounds, but she doesn't discriminate against Genres...if a track has subtlety with layers of keyboards, drums and strings she’s all over it. Her music tells a story and has a certain consciousness. “I want people to feel connected when they listen to a song or hear me perform! I want them to be inspired and encouraged! My songs are my real experiences, my real emotions.” SEZi has been trained in classical ballet and became a Certified Yoga teacher in June 2011 after going through some major shifts and changes in her life in Kingston. She describes the merging of her music and yoga as an effortless one, “Music heals…Yoga heals… I am so grateful that I get to wake up everyday with the intention to heal more and therefore give more.” Sezi is currently working on the release of her debut album and has been performing live whenever the opportunity exists. Sezi works with a 5-piece band and Jason Worton is the Lead Guitarist. They have shared a friendship and a whole lot of music together and Sezi is thrilled to share the practice with one of her band members, “Jason is a surfer…so he got yoga quickly…but eventually everyone gets it…everyone.” She dreams of the day when her whole band is in Ustrasana before a show or Om!ing to warm up vocal chords! She has performed in Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados & L.A and is enjoying the journey that this yoga/music fusion continues to create in her world. Get to know this Yogini.Dancer.Songbird …her intention is to stoke the fire inside of you so you can light your way!
