The 2013 Caribbean Yoga Conference will be held at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The Caribbean Yoga Conference has secured various discounted rates for conference attendees to choose from in order to suit all budgets.
EUROPEAN PLAN (no meals):
Single or Double Occupancy Room: $199 +25.75% tax
Triple Occupancy Room: $229 +25.75% tax
ALL-INCLUSIVE (meals only):
Single Occupancy: $296 (includes tax)
Double Occupancy: $341 (includes tax)
Triple Occupancy: $429 (includes tax)
*To add a 3rd person to the reservation, there will be a fee of $88/day for adults & $65/day for children 6-17 years old.
ALL-INCLUSIVE (meals and drinks):
Single Occupancy: $303 (includes tax)
Double Occupancy: $355 (includes tax)
Triple Occupancy: $450 (includes tax)
*To add a 3rd person to the reservation, there will be a fee of $95/day for adults & $65/day for children 6-17 years old.
Room availability is limited and discounted rates are still valid based on availability; discounted room rate is available three days before and after the conference (January 28-February 5, 2013). Pre- and Post-Conference
The 2013 Caribbean Yoga Pre- and Post Conference sessions will be held at Jakes Resort in Treasure Beach, Jamaica.
Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fees for the pre-conference immersion program at Jakes. Participants must book their own rooms directly with the hotel. Rooms start at $115+tax. Other lodging options in Treasure Beach are available and prices start at about $50/night. Please contact Jake's Resort directly for all lodging options.
Commuter Fees
The is no Commuter Free, however, meals will need to be purchased if you plan on eating onsite.

Ground Transfers
The Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa is located approximately 15 minutes from Montego Bay Airport (Airport Code: MBJ). The Caribbean Yoga Conference recommends JTL Tours Unlimited. You'll find them in the airport after claiming your luggage and clearing customs.

For ground transfers to Jakes for the pre-conference session, please setup your transfer with the hotel. Ground transfers for the post conference session are included in your registration and will be setup by the CYC staff unless you choose to travel separately from the group.
